  • Where does my order ship from?

    Your Order Ships from our international Fulfillment Center Located in The United Kingdom.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    For all UK orders placed before Noon the order will be dispatched that afternoon. For USA orders - they will be processed the following Business day.

  • What is the return policy?

    If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of dispatching.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Once a order is placed if you wish to cancel please reach out to customercare@teenzshop.com and we will try our best to cancel the order for you. Our Support Hours of operation are 7 Days a week from 7am - 7pm.

  • Can I change my order once it's submitted?

    Once a order is placed if you wish to change your order  please reach out to customercare@teenzshop.com and we will try our best to accommodate the change for you   the order for you. Our Support Hours of operation are 7 Days a week from 7am - 7pm.

  • If nothing fits my child, do I pay for return shipping?

    If your order is over $50 we will happily exchange sizes for you. Please check our detailed sizing app in order to make sure you are selecting the correct size or reach out to customercare@teenzshop.com and we can help you decide.
